Wyndham Garden Monterrey Norte

Our room which was a junior suite has a weird odor , we had an issue with the water , there was almost no hot water to take a shower , it was barely warm. It includes continental breakfast. The staff was very kind.

Several issues, mainly and I think the most important, this is the first place where I stay and they REQUIERE you to have identifications for all people staying in the property.. that includes kids AND toddlers, when was the last time you brought your toddler's ID with you to a check in?? with the security issues in Mexico we felt very very unsafe with letting them have copies of our kids information, just very very uneased; and the lady was very rude about it. Orbitz should post this requirements for check in, as I said this was the first time this happens. Also on check in we noticed only 3 towels and no hand towels, I went to the counter and the same lady told me that the max stay allowed in the room was three persons, that anything over that was extra, but she was going to see if it was possible to get me more towels and pillows, but my booking on orbitz was clearly for two rooms with 4 adults and three kids. One more thing, they did not allowed any food into the rooms, if you ordered in they wanted you to eat at the lobby, the room we paid for had a medium size fridge, a sink and a microwave.. I just dismiss her and went in with my food, she was upset.. Its really made me and my family feel very unwelcomed.
