This is the worst customer service you could eve experience. I called Expedia for assistance and they turn their back on me, I was with my family and 6 yo.

The facilities felt fairly new, although my room was dark as there were no windows and the lighting indoors was minimal. They had tiny light strips. If you book, look at their hotel pictures for lighting. There are several choices to eat around the area and we even used Uber Eats on two occasions. The downside to this establishment is the staff running the hotel. They need to remember they are in the hospitality business. They were very stingy with toiletries. I asked for toilet paper and they acted as if I asked them to donate me one of their kidneys! Family from the area (one couple) came to visit me, and I went downstairs to meet them, the hotel staff told me he could only stay 15 min or they would charge me. Really??! extremely rude to their guests. I did not feel welcome, so my wife and I decided to cut our trip short. If you plan to not spend much time at the hotel, this would work. However, if you like to turn in early, the staff will not make it a pleasant stay, so get another hotel.

The hotel was generally nice and in nice condition. The price was great for the the condition of the property. It had nice tile and the blue lighting seemed exotic and appealing, there were large tropical plants and large mirrors in the halls. Though the halls were a little bit dark the blue lights had a certain sex appeal. The hotel did seem a little bit noisy at times, but we did sleep well, as it was very dark from the lack of windows. The hotel staff didn't seem overly friendly but the service was fine. The rooms were clean, but they seemed to lack a few comforts. A soft recliner, a table, a rug on the tiled floor, and windows in the rooms, for example. The rooms are very spacious, and the art was nice and authentic, the showers had lights in the heads which was a unique touch. The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but not bad for a big city. I'd give it a 7 out of 10, and I would stay there again. My wife was happy with everything, which is important, but it's probably not the best environment for kids.

Area around the property seemed very dangerous, graffiti all around the neighborhood. Hotel was clean overall. Staff was rude and not professional at all. They gave me attitude since tye beginning, Anahi, the front desk lady was the rudest of all, giving me attitude almost to the point of yelling at me. I was traveling for medical reasons with family, my 67 year old mother was sufgering from a high blood sugar as she is diabetic. Anahi saw how 3 of us were literally carring my mother and she stopped us by the elevator making nonsense allegations while my mother almost passes out. I made a complaint and the following day Elena, the supervisor called me, instead of listening to my claims she also started giving me attitude trying to defend Anahi. Definitely worst experience I've ever had in a Mexican hotel. Sadly I dont rememeber the name of the guy who covered Anahi's shift, he was the only nice person in that property.
