Krystal Monterrey

Location is great, staff is great, hotel room was nice. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was really nice but unfortunately the AC didn’t work at all and I was sweating all night and barely got any rest. Other than that, it was a nice stay in a good are with good views. Would stay again, as long as the AC is working lol

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Krystal Monterrey Hotel due to how close it was located to the famous Calle Morales which had many shopping centers, retail stores, food options and convenience stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel looked amazing and the area around the hotel felt safe and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We travel to Monterrey quite often for either pleasure or health as we see doctors in the area. It has always been great stays but this past weekend it was the best. We were greeted by the hotel manager as we were selected VIP guests of the day and they upgraded our room to a junior suite. They had these perfect cheese filling desserts in our room as well! We will continue to stay here as our stays these past few years have always been excellent because staff has always been attentive to every need and are very nice. At night we always like to walk around the area and feel safe as many people are always out and about and police are always patrolling the areas. We appreciate everything they always do for us as their customer service is on point.

at the preview visit, my room was the best view that the last time and I bougth the same room that it was "junior suite" so i'am little bit dissappointment.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room had an amazing view. Loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. The AC in the room worked very well and when I needed an extra blanket for my family they delivered it within minutes. Likewise, in the morning when I requested extra towels, they were brought up pretty fast. When the water went out they did everything to keep us comfortable. They even brought buckets of water to our room for showering and toilet. It wasn't their fault and from looking at the news the water going out is a citywide problem. I appreciate everything the staff did for us.

The hotel was beautiful but the AC never worked. We switched rooms but neither rooms worked. It was super hot. Also, the elevators were stupid. Having three, I only saw two working. This weekend was packed with travelers and the issue with needing a card to go up and down was frustrating. The waiting time to get to and from your room was ridiculous. We had to walk down the stairs several times. We were on the 7th floor. 🙄 On the day of checking out, we waited a good half hour for an elevator. They were always packed. I had to squeeze into one with my baby after waiting for forever. My husband had all the luggage so he needed to wait for another elevator. He ended up taking the stairs, with all of our luggage. Ridiculous. The hotel is beautiful, but I wouldn’t go back especially because of the AC not working and the elevator issues.

Location of hotel is great. Parking was hard to find. Hotel wanted to charge again for the 2 children, said they were not included yet. Charged again for breakfast. Room did not have heater and was very cold. Had to go buy heater at store… water was not warm but rather cold with no shower head. Looks elegant but hotel quality is Poor.

I did not get the VIP Access immediately and I was extra charge without a valid reason for my kids on the room

I did like this room, the only problem was that we stayed more than one day and this VIP room it was only for one night, so the next day we needed to move the rooms and it was different flor than my daughters. Next time we would rather to stay next to my family’s room than VIP.
