Superb modern hotel close to AICM. They offer transportation to/from the airport. I have stayed already 3 times, with and without family, and will continue coming here. It is connected to a medium size shopping mall. The restaurant of the hotel is excellent.

This property was exactly what my family needed. I traveled with my family and my mom and it was so perfect to have access to that attached mall for additional dining and snack options. Parking was super easy, the hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were very approachable and friendly. I didn't receive any of the VIP amenities , but I didn't push too much because we were so tired when we arrived. Overall 10/10 experience - would definitely stay here again.

The only negative point is that we waited a long time at the airport for the shuttle. The person at the airport wasn't clear in advising us that the pick up is every hour and I had a baby with me and it was late at night.

I did not like the property- 1/ the airport shuttle operates at a fixed schedule and not by the travelers convenience. They did not tell me at night for an early morning flight. I had to spend extra money on 2 Ubers for big family 2/ Air conditioning was not working and had to call someone at 11pm and wait for it to be fixed before I could sleep 3/ WiFi was not working so they connected me to remote technical support 4/ the upgrade room I received was behind an elevator - the toiletries boxes were there but empty and did not have coffee machine

The hotel advertised always available shuttle service from airport when I told them I’ll be arriving late at the airport after 10:30. However no one was at the booth. We didn’t get picked up until 1 am, and checked in at 1:30am. We have an early flight and they said they only have shuttle service once every hour, so we had to get up at 4am. This was torture for a family of 6 with two little kids. So please be warned!!

Stayed here for one night as a family of 4. Room was clean and bed was huge and comfortable. Small bottles of water and good Nespresso-type coffee machine provided in the room. Free airport shuttle buses, although quite confusing where to get them from once we arrived in Mexico City airport. Would stay again.
