Excellent safe hotel. Full of families and five minutes walking distance from the Zocalo. Onsite restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. Highly recommend. You will be in the heart of the historic district if you stay here.

Staffs at the front counter were nice and friendly. However the staffs from the restaurant were so rude and not willing to help at all. Limited facilities inside the room. Not baby/kid friendly.
