Hard Rock Hotel Maldives

Fantastic holiday, staff really looked after you and work incredibly hard to make the holiday the best it can be. The hotel is lovely, we stayed in an overwater villa and the space was very good - ours was a 2 bedroomed villa as we travelled with 2 children. swimming and beaches are literal paradise, food quality at the hotel and nearby marina was very good - something for everyone to eat and restaurants always available. Fantastic trip away

Everything was great! That was my best family trip!

this is my second time to be Hard Rock Hotel Maldives, unfortunately this time make me a bit disappointed . The staff service getting worse, daily activities less, no daily bed decoration , especially the kid roxy zone, there is no smile on the staff when they taking care my child and look like not willing to do so. Another most important thing, this time i introduce my friend of couple to come with us who are cerebrate the wedding anniversary, the staff forgot to decoration, OMG, even i remind them on the afternoon , still forgot...and decorate it on next day . the pool side activities is less then before so much the staff is not passion compare with 4 years ago, e.g. the first time i am here which is Grant opening year, every staff smile , sometime will show you the Hard Rock hand signal , pool activities is so much more which let me fulling enjoy in it. by the way , it was one thing i was surprised, you know this my 6th wedding anniversary , and the welcome back decoration . but i dont think i will come back again... i really sorry and pity of that

Accommodations, dining, service was 5 star! The staff was very accommodating and welcomed us like family. This place is stunning with so much to do and so many dining options.

The resort, together with the Marina and Saii, has a big enough area for me and my family to explore and enjoy during the 6 days of our stay there. The staff have been wonderful and the most helpful people that i have ever encountered. There was this staff member who was serving our table at Hard Rock Cafe who was so attentive and observant to our needs in his own quiet way that i am so impressed by him when he walked over to offer me a big orange towel as he saw how my 3 yr old was getting cranky and tired. And within seconds, she quietened down and fell asleep after the towel was put over her. The staff also initiated to pack my girl's food in a container for us to bring back to our room as he saw her sleeping. We were also very impressed and in awe by how welcoming and friendly the staff at "Sessions" are. Pathum was so attentive and considerate by offering to bring back my food to the kitchen to keep it warm for later when he saw me feeding my girl her own food. On the last day of breakfast, he even offered to pack some bread for my children to bring it to the airport in case they become hungry. Im also very thankful to Gayan for making such delicious cups of hot chocolate that my children love so much. The F&B Manager Yusuf always ensured that we all are well attended to and even offered to make 'teh tarik' drinks for us.Overall, the beautiful beach and sea and its people really make this vacation a memorable one.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was great! We ate at Japanese and Thai resto which are really good, except for Italian buffet dinner which kind of expensive and selection is that not many. The head chef Reuben at the breakfast station and food and beverage manager made a way to make us daily filipino special breakfast which was awesome! Pool is great! The hotel is family-kids friendly! Everybody there is great! Except for this employee lady at the Dive sports who is not guest friendly I would recommend if you rent a boat or any water activities to speak with other staff. Find Shaleezz he is great! Overall the stay was fantastic.
