Casa del Rio Melaka

We are a family of 11 including 5 young children. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was centrally located and Jonker street was just a few minutes walk away. Our stay at Casa del Rio was pleasant and comfortable.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in. Everything about it was perfect in every way and the service was impeccable. Our room was really lovely and clean and the staff always had a smile and were always eager to do anything to make our stay wonderful. When we left all the staff stood at the front and waved us goodbye like when your family is leaving. Arriving at our next destination we discovered we left our passports in the safe, and after contacting the hotel they did their best to get the passports to us quickly and in a very professional and safe manner. They were wonderful throughout our stay and their professionalism carried through even after we left. We highly recommend this hotel and hope that one day if we are to go back, that it always remains the same. Thank you for a memorable stay and keep up the good work.
