Booked the junior suite. Very spacious. Bed is confortable. Luxury space in the restroom. Just wish the items in the mini bar are complementary too.

Quite an unpleasant check-in for this round due to room still wasn’t ready at 3pm. Was told to wait for a call on my mobile (staff - Hui Yii) while I could have light refreshment at Contango. Compensated us with complimentary unlimited time of parking during my stay with one-time off payment of rm15 which didn’t make sense as I was staying only a night and hence basically not a genuine compensation for all the wait. I needed to request for late check-out only then was granted after staff mentioned she needed to check with her manager. At slightly before 5pm, the wait became unbearable as I was with my kids and I went back to the counter to check again and was given a room by another staff - Eugene. I have to give the credit to Eugene as during my first queue, I noticed he would bring his customer to Contango personally while waiting for the room to be ready. He has hospitality in mind knowing that most customers are agitated by the late check-in. Please ensure all staff provide the same hospitality and the compensation must be genuine. High occupancy doesn’t serve as an excuse to delay check-in to at least 2hrs. Time is an essence for everyone. Last but not least, had an issue with my door after our dinner, which the staff initially told us to wait at the lobby while he tried to get the maintenance person but then he managed to help us to open after a few pushes.
