PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort & Spa

Nice hotel but located far from airport and roads was terrible so long transport time. Hotel itself was nice and well maintained with adult pool and kids pool separated. Food was alright but nothing special - but normal when it is buffet. Check in took to long time but check out was swift and efficient.

Our stay was ok, but with some shortfalls in the service. Our room was not ready despite arriving 3 hours after check in time, waited for an hour. No bathroom mats & our child fell. Less water bottles provided. Worst bit the mattress smelt of urine & when we told them they didn’t change it & only flipped it. Waiters at the restaurant were not friendly & appeared overworked. Overall for the amount charged, it’s not value for money. They can do much better.

First I want to say kudos to the MG for making sure am taken care off after falling sick. The nurses were professional. Thanks to Rashid at the reception for smiling and making sure we had an extra bed. Entertainment team were really good and made the day go by faster. The only thing I didn’t like is there is no changing room if you happen to arrive before check in time, they told us to use the toilet next the reception. Also the bar is supposed to be on the adult only side not kids side.

We had an amazing time. Food was great , staff very hospitable and the room was lovely with the ocean view . It’s a great family holiday resort.

Its a good facility for kids to have fun but they could do so much better with the rooms. Our room had cockroaches so I didn't particularly enjoy my stay, as I suffer from Katsaridaphobia and couldn't wait to leave. Kids metal beds are old and worn and rusted. Meals like dinner don't come with a soft drink like most hotels. We had to buy. At check out the number of drinks charged to our room were inaccurate.

The resort is lovely and the staff was great. Joy at the front desk was very keen to our needs and made sure that everything was great for our stay. Had exceptional service from Patrick and Caren with their service. In general everything was great and would recommend family and friends.
