I loved that my Daughter and I were able to go everywhere by trains because our hotel was right next to the train station. People from different countries seem to frequent this hotel because of business but I also saw other families as well. More of the staff learning the English language would make for a better stay.

I will say overall everything is good but not perfect. Room is big enough for our family. Subway station is very close. Front desk can purchase Tokyo subway 3 days tickets. I was so surprised when I saw two stains, one yellow on the carpet one under the sofa bed. I can’t tell my feeling when I saw it.
