Comfort Inn Tokyo Roppongi

Place was efficient for our family of four. Also very convenient location near metro. Although can be loud at night with all the bars and clubs nearby.

Me and my family absolutely loved this hotel, great location, great views, staff was super friendly and always willing to help. Rooms were super clean, sized accordingly for a family of 4. We had the breakfast buffet at their restaurant and it was delicious, my kids loved it! 2 minutes away from subway station!

We booked a large two twin and a sofa bed but got the one without the sofa bed. When i ask they finally gavr us a mew room with the sofa bed since we need it for a family of 4. Two adults and two kids. The room has a strong oder. Carpet just feels sticky. The breakfast we paid end up only include for adults and kids we had to pay extra or use our adult coupins for the kids. Beds were hard and sleep wasn't confortable for a hotel name Comfort Inn.

Really enjoyed our stay and the family space

Pros: This hotel is very close to the subway which is a plus. I also noticed that many families with small children stay here. The front staff is very welcoming and sweet. They offer free coffee during the day. Pajamas, razor, and toothbrushes are offered in the lobby. They will take care of your luggages so you can enjoy the city. They assisted me with sending my luggage to the airport, but the wrong form was used. I was able to solve the issue by calling Yamato Transport. Cons: The room smells due to lack of air circulation. You are not allowed to open the window. When I got there I made sure to keep my door open, turn on the AC, and start the humidifier. I also used the fabric freshener that they provide to remove the smell. The next day, I didn’t notice the smell anymore. There is only 1 washer and dryer. The dryer did not fully dry my clothes after 1 hour and 30 mins. I purchased the breakfast for my week stay, which I do not recommend. The breakfast is provided by a Thailand Food restaurant that is in the 1st floor. The food is great for a one day breakfast option, because they never change the limited food options. In my opinion, it is not worth the 1500 yen they now charge. If you have a picky eater child, the restaurant will also not be a good option. Once again the front staff was extremely sweet and helpful. They will try their best to help you. They are the best part of this hotel. But due to the cons, I would not stay here again.

Hotel is a two minute walk to Subway. Breakfast was at Bangkok Nights and it was good. The walls are real thin and we would awaken to a kid next door yelling. The check out time is early 10AM. The room was on a corner and had an unusual layout. Front staff was helpful, but there is a definite language barrier, even with Google translate.

The toilet always had flushing problem and needed to be fixed for many times. The breakfast was in thai style but not japanese which was a little bit disappointed. However, they helped us to put the twin beds together and allowed us to sleep with the children in the same room which was very good.

Rooms are adequate for asian family of 4. Everything else is great too!

Beautiful hotel nicely located near subways station within walking distances. Perfect for families and plenty of convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel.

The stay was good for the price, however, the beds are hard, we are a family of four but only had two pillows available. It was not until the second night that we receive the other pillows. The wall behind the headboard had wholes. The location was really great, near subway and an area with lots of shops, food and sightseeing. Walking to a landmarks.
