Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo

We had two rooms a family one - was great. And basic double one - was really small and uncomfortable for two people.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Both times as a family of 5 staying in 1 room. We didn’t spend much time in the room or hotel other than to sleep but it was spacious and well appointed. The hotel is very close to 4 stations and only a short walk to Tokyo Dome and with plenty of eating places close by.

Staff was friendly, property is close to train station, accessible to family mart. 7 eleven and restaurants. Overall it was a great stay.

This place is amazing. Seriously. They had 5 comfortable beds in the room for our family of 5.a really awesome tea and coffee drawer that we utilized each day. Awesome bathroom with separate shower and bathtub stall that were super convenient. The hotel was clean and quiet across from a family mart which we utilized almost daily. It's a short walk to the Iidabashi metro line that we took all over Tokyo. Tons of cool restaurants across Iidabashi which I wished we could have taken more time to explore.

Having a separate wing for just family rooms was a plus, however it would have been better to have easier access to the laundry room, microwaves and workout facility without having to go all the way to the other wing. Really this is nitpicking - overall the hotel experience was excellent.

The breakfast is really good. My family have a good time over there.

Spacious room. Can accommodate a family of 5 easily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Their laundry facilities can use some improvement. The dryer wasn’t working properly. Inefficient dryer.

We had a very comfortable stay in the east wing family room for our family of 4. We love that there are 4 beds in the spacious room. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a safe and convenient location near several train stations. It’s great they have a laundry facility there, although you have to go down the elevator with your laundry and walk through the lobby and use the main elevators to get there from the east wing where all the family rooms are located. The staff was very professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We are a family of five adults. We stayed at the hotel early June 2024. Our room has 5 twin beds, a small bathroom with sink and tub/shower wet room. It also had a small mini fridge with electric water kettle and complimentary tea. The room came with pjs, slippers, and plenty grooming essentials. The room was very tight for all of us. The beds and linens ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. It’s an easy walk to JR station, about 17 minutes. Walkable to plenty of small restaurants and convenient stores. Self serve laundry available, however dryers were inefficient and our clothes were still damp after an hour of drying. The hotel is clean. We give this hotel 4 stars as the bed and bedding were ok and the rooms were tight, but in retrospect we should have reserved two rooms. We didn’t try in house restaurants as there were plenty of outside resources available.

Room was large and spacious with 4 beds (we were travelling with 2 kids and stayed for 5 nights). Except for the toilet which smells a bit, other areas of the room were kept clean. We are very happy with the hotel room view which is excellent, as well as the washer/dryers available. We wanted to sign up for membership at the counter but staff asked us to visit website, maybe she has difficulty communicating in English. We are also grateful to the 2 female staff who helped to carry our many luggages to our room. Location is convenient, close to eateries, metro subway station and Tokyo Dome City.
