The Royal Park Iconic is a nice, new and clean hotel. The rooms are tight but standard for Japanese hotels. I booked 2 connecting rooms for our family of 5. Next time, I would upgrade so we can have more space to be together. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a good 10 minutes walk to catch the train. They have good facilities like laundry machines and gym. Breakfast was good for a reasonable price. Would recommend this hotel for value and quality.

The room space is excellent, it can leave a baby stroller and two 26 inch luggages. The bathroom can keep dry after one night, but wash clothes machines are always busy. The path of elevator in 本町 station would make confusion for travel with baby stroller. There is a 7-11 near the hotel to buy something, very conformtable.

Horrible!!! The rooms were extremely compact. It came with a full-size bed for two. The service was subpar. We ordered two rooms with breakfast. They made us pay extra for breakfast for children, which should have been included in the room charge. On top, they made us pay extra for two beds. Clerks are un-accommodating and don't care. There are much better hotel and location wise, closer to Namba. Would not book again.

I like that its clean and well organized but the breakfast buffet was not good. Few choices of foods and fruits are not fresh. The rice was so tough and their is no food for kids to enjoy. Not worth the money. I better go to the family restaurant and pay for cheaper than eating again there.

A family trip to Japan with two teenagers. Good solid hotel in Osaka for seeing sights. Good quality rooms, breakfast OK, no complaints.
