For a family of 4 delux is really small. bathroom was extremely small. Convenient location.

2 adults, 2 kids (10 & 13) in one room was a bit cramped, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean, and we had so much to do we didn’t spend much time at our hotel. Easy access to the Hommachi train station made getting around pretty straightforward.

We are family of 4, two elementary school kids. This was a great option for us. Just keep in mind that rooms are not as big as in America. Great location.

Modern hotel in a good location (relatively quiet, close to metro station). Decent breakfast buffet, comfortable futon beds, room size just sufficient with 2 young kids (the bathroom was especially small). Only two elevators for 17 floors and no stairs. The staff was not helpful with luggage forwarding (no advance payment was possible and they refused to call our next hotel to enquire about delivery and payment options).
