As soon as we walked across the street to the hotel, a porter came to assist us with our luggage. He walked us up to the counter to get checked in. Even though we did not know any Japanese, we were able to get through check in easily. After getting the keys, another employee took us up to the room while another porter took our luggage and met us at the room. The service was excellent. The hotel was clean. The AC was working properly. The property was 3 blocks from Chinatown. There is a shuttle bus from HND that stops next to the hotel. This hotel was a great stay for our family and we would come back here again.

Staff are very friendly and want to help. Hotel is in a very good location and rooms are very clean. They have a great breakfast. The only issue which could be in many places, is that room size is enough for only two adults. We had two kids and the room felt very small. The bed size is not queen but double.
