Family of 5. 16-89 year old. 2 rooms. Fantastic view of the Ferris wheel. Clean, spacious rooms. I loved the fact that they have filtered water available and replant trees if you don’t you their toiletries.
This hotel has lots of children due to its location and it does get noisy from the streets. Many options for breakfast but nothing too different from other hotels.
Great location for trains in the bottom floor and direct air limousine to Haneda Airport twice an hour for 800 yen, super cheap.
Spa was super but you need to book as soon as you check in or no availability.

We heard great things about Yokohama. We booked 3 nights at this hotel for the view and location. Did not disappoint. In June, the weather was not too hot, with some ocean breeze. It did rain one full day, but that was ok. The property generally was "fancy" - and the room a good size. Staff were friendly & accommodating, and we walked around quite a bit: the parks, pier area, the mall. Twas safe! Train station made it easy to travel to Hakkeijima Sea Paradise (for our daughter) & then return to central Tokyo within 45 min. Would recommend for families or anyone wanting to experience a beautiful port city in Japan.

This property stands out to me because of the staff. They are professional, polite, and welcoming. The room cleaning staff also go above and beyond. The location of the hotel is excellent, Cosmoworld amusement park is just outside the hotel. We had a fantastic view of the park including the ferris wheel. I enjoyed exploring the Landmark tower, World Porters, the Cup noodle museum, anitouch.
I recommend this hotel for families.

Rooms had a balcony with an amazing view of the city. The indoor pool was a plus. Overall, family had a great time, we would stay again.

This is my third stay at the Yokohama Bay and it remains a favorite. Terrific service, wonderful rooms. My family was very impressed with it. The only downside was we couldn’t stay longer!

We loved the location and the size of the room was big enough for our family of 4 (two young kids). It was very accessible to the train station and shopping/dinging area. But we could tell our hotel room probably needed some new wallpaper or deep cleaning for the carpet. Our family
stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

The property was beautiful and clean and convenient. They were able to accommodate us with connecting rooms and the view was spectacular.
A couple issues, coming from North America, now used to things closing so early especially swimming pool to kids under 16. My boys enjoy swimming especially after a long day out in the heat. We couldn't take advantage of the pool too much. Also, our last day we wanted to go but were told even guests had to pay a fee of $40 even though we paid for hotel stay. A little much jist to access pool for guests.
Otherwise, great location, beautiful hotel and great staff.

The best part about this hotel is its kid-friendly pool.
There are floats and kids can play until 6pm everyday. It’s near a lot of restaurants and right above the Minatomirai train station.
