great stay with the family, the room was very nice, the sports facilities too, and we greatly enjoyed the proximity to shopping and activities for my daughter such as the amusement park just next door. The only negative point is that we picked the hotel for the pool as my daughter is an avid swimmer but unfortunately kids are not allowed to use the pool which we didnt notice in the listing. Very unfortunate for a family stay.

Overall good stay for our small family of 3 with the location being extremely convenient to the train station. We did find the lobby and seating areas clean and beautiful, however, the room was a bit outdated with some of the carpeting falling apart and chips in the wall/door. Customer service provided was good for the most part, especially during breakfast. We would have appreciated a bit more explanation of the amenities available when checking in, given I am able to understand Japanese. We are likely to choose another hotel for our next trip given our experience, but if staying nearby minatomirai, it’s not a bad choice.

The staff were all very kind to the children. It was clean and the amenities were not excessive, but sufficient for our needs.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Yokohama is a lovely city with a lot to do and see. It is very walkable. It's about 5 minutes walk to the train station that can take you to anywhere you want to go outside of Yokohama say to Tokyo. I would book this hotel again and have already recommended it to friends and family if they are visiting Japan. The service was amazing, the hotel room incredible for the price, and there are buses that leave every hour during the day to take you to either airport (NRT or HND) for a very cheap price. So many restaurants to choose from in the area, lots of shopping, peaceful gardens, great views, interesting history, museums, the largest chinatown in Japan is in Yokohama. I really can't say enough. It was perfect for me.

1. staff barely speaks english 2. tried to charge half of the room rate for one hour late check out. 3. freaking humid. blankets feel like they are drenched in water. 4. bathroom is designed for kids only. ceiling height not built for anyone over 6 feet. 5. overall, terrible experience.

Amazing hotel, stayed here before, room was fantastic, location is perfect. Only downside is the teppanyaki, it’s expensive and not value for money, I had better ones at a lower price, sadly even my vegetable was charred. But overall the hotel is fantastic. Will bring my family here again.

The entrance to the hotel is nice but the rooms are dated. The rooms are big for Japanese standards. We booked this hotel for the pool but were told that kids are not allowed. There’s also a charge if adults want to use the pool.
