The property was within walking distance for young children to Disneyland. The rooms were quite small compared to western standards with very little room to move around inside the room. The bathroom was also small. We only stayed for two nights which was manageable. Any longer would have been uncomfortable for our family of five. We had to open our luggage on a bed as floor space was limited. Property was suitable for families that just need somewhere to sleep after a day at Disneyland or disneysea.

Great staff and great location! Walkable to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Also right next to a familymart convenience store for simple items and ATM. Taxis are readily available within a couple minutes and public transit (train) is nearby. Check in process is quick and simple with just a passport check and simple documents which took less than 5 minutes. Hotel room is clean and also came with a foot massage machine which was great. Definitely recommend at the price point and convenience if Tokyo Disney is your main attraction for your trip

Every thing was excellent (breakfast food, location, cleanliness) except for losing our kid's toothpaste. We had our room cleaned and then our kids toothpaste was gone.

They advertise being able to walk to Disneyland but you really need to use a bus, especially if you have young children. The shuttle bus they offer is only twice an hour during 8am and 9am, and only goes back to the hotel starting at 8pm... For those with young children these times don't work at all. Overall the room was fine but the bathroom was smelly and the staff were not very helpful. It felt like pulling teeth to get any information about how to get to the parks.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. The hotel is also really close to Disney and the train station.The breakfast was also good. The only problem I had was with the room size. The rooms are really small so for a family it can get crowded really fast.
