Terra Nova All Suite Hotel

Our stay at the Terri Nova was absolutely enjoyable. The room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. The food was amazing however on 7/18/ 2024 I had family and friends over for dinner and was embarrassed at the length of time it took for us to receive our meal after shearing how awesome the service. After more than one hour of waiting I had to ask for a cancellation of the order. It was only them that someone came to address the situation because we were basically ignored after the drinks were served. My guest left with a negative image that defeated my goal.

The property appeared very outdated and understaffed. Pool had leaves in it and was not fit for swimming. Pool area was a joke. Not kid friendly. Property needs to be updated. Room was clean but dated. Not on the same level as the Spanish Court. The breakfast was OK.

The room that I stayed in the bathroom looks very gross. The tiles in the bath are brown and forming mold. The bed is very comfortable the tv does not work properly, guest services and the dining room service at breakfast was basically lack luster and nonexistent. Only about 3 tables were occupied and the service was extremely slow and non attentive. My 2 kids one 7 and one 4 I was told ohh we don’t allow 4 to a room so what should we do with our very young kids?? One thing I will recommend is their breakfast is consistently good!! That’s about it!

I love staying at Terra Nova, it’s a warm family atmosphere. The frontline staff know how to really treat the guess. Thank you especially to the dining staff (the food is always excellent), Devon & bellman

Had a beautiful experience had the Terra Nova.... I booked the the junior suite King size bed and baby it was perfect..the bathroom was standin but very spacious comes with all amenities so very thankful if you didnt packed it... The room was clean but needs a little updating with upholstery cleaning and what not... They have a casino on site which is small hut hey they have some slots to play if you really like casinos. They have 2 restaurants on site and the bar/lounge that have food. The ourdoor restaurant was my favorite hands done..the breeze the FOOD!!!! Amazing!!!!!! The one inside is super luxurious for a very special dinner. The birthday cake they serve was not favorite tho. The pool is decent size, and the gym is cute. I honestly loved the service the hotel given me from the staff or any of the front desk was super dope and friendly. The hotel is also close to alot so walking off the property is a must especially to Devon House ice cream.....
