Considering this was advertised as a "Wellness" apartment, we felt that it didn't feel welcoming or warming compared to the lobby area. Broken/cracked tiles in the bedroom area meant we had to walk in shoes/slippers. There was no easy access sockets to use for charging our devices, albeit the number of outlets and appliances/lights plugged in already. No liquid hand soap was rather disappointing considering the way the world works post Covid, and how badly Italy was affected during those couple of years. The ceiling boards were very noisy and made us feel uneasy, as they creaked and cracked every time someone was walking about in the apartment above - which was taken up by a family with a child, and when we were trying to sleep, this is all we could hear and it disturbed our first night greatly.

Top location less than 10 minutes walk from L’Accademi or San Marco. Peaceful neighborhood just two minutes from San Stefano square full of osterias and trattorias with local food and great quality.
I had a full apartment for my 4 members family, nice, elegant, beautiful design, two ambiances and full of amenities.
Great team, wonderful service and helpful all the time.
Amazing breakfast. Try to have it there. It will be impossible to have a better breakfast. They will include a different selection of pastries, fruits and bread. Very fresh and served in a beautiful cafeteria.
Just two blocks from San Angelo station and the Alilaguna ferry to the airport, very easy to find and to get even with bid luggage and four family members.
I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone, couples or families. Great job guys. Hope to see you in the future. My picture show the building next to the main hotel where my apartment was located.

We stayed on the two bedroom apt and it was well appointed and comfortable. It worked well for my family of 4. Convenient location. Only drawback is I wish it had two bathrooms.

We booked 3 bedrooms suite. However the hotel said the reservation is for 2 people (I am sure we booked for 4) and we have family of 4, they made us to pay $89 more for so-called extra person. In addition my daughter is under 18 which no needs to pay tax, they still charged her anyway. Wish they be more honest next time. The hotel location is good and the accommodation is very spacious but maybe in low season not many people stayed there is a strange odor. It is on 4th floor but elevator can barely fit 2 people. People with difficulty to climb Stairs should be careful

We stayed at an offsite air-conditioned apartment, which was just a few steps away from the hotel lobby. The rooms easily accomodate a family of 4. Our room, 603, had a large private bedroom with a balcony overlooking the Piazza (excellent). The kids slept on a large sofa bed. The location was perfect, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but within easy walking distance to the Rialto bridge and Piazzo San Marco. The breakfast buffet was good. The hotel also offered a free water taxi ride to Murano to visit the glass factories (you must find your own way back, usually via public water bus). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel/apartment. The only hiccup was that our room had a washer but no dryer, even though the machine was advertised as having dual function. We were left drying our clothes using the neighbor's machine; we happened to be traveling with them so no big deal for us. Alternatively, we would have had to leave our othes to hang dry.

Great room (junior suite). Very comfortable and clean. If the mini bar had been restocked every day it would have been a 5.
