Hotel is very nice and has a great location to the square, dining, bridge and shopping. We had a junior suite and it was spacious and comfortable enough for three of us and our luggage. Did not get any views of the city from room but could her the church bells ring from 7am - midnight, The staff was very friendly and helpful. There have many services that you can use during your stay, we used the boat to Murano to see the glass factory. There are lots of stairs but they do have a small elevator. I would recommend and stay again if visiting Venice.

I stayed here with my two daughters one of which who was toddler. The hotel has a perfect location walking distance within minutes to most of the sites. We loved it.
