Hyatt Centric Murano Venice

The private boat transfer from the airport was unbeatable. We had a very unique loft-style bedroom set-up and it was perfect for us to have some space away from our kid. Beautiful area, with wonderful staff, and the breakfast in the restaurant was nice.

Staying at Murano was wonderful as it was away from there craziness of San Marco Square. The hotel was modern and clean. Our room was fabulous but we couldn’t get away from the noise from the outside the windows. They were double glazed but didnt seem to keep the noise out and they had a band outside of our window fri and saturday afternoons till 9 pm and it drove us nuts as we had just come off the plane and had wanted to sleep. we were facing the side entrance as you enter the hotel, and we could hear everybody walking through chatting or people passing by until about 12pm. I would suggest if you book in this hotel not to book overlooking the main entrance if you dont like noise as the windows just don’t keep out the noise. I can’t fault anything else about our room. We booked a junior suite and it was large and spacious. Breakfast was good. The staff were pretty efficient but nobody seems to smile or Say hello. It seems to be a general thing in that hotel that most of the staff are very unfriendly , particularly in the breakfast room where you felt like you were in the way. You have to chase them if you want to get their attention. The Poor girls on reception are doing both reception and concierge and room service calls so I have to give full credit to them. I think that Hotel might be slightly understaffed and that’s why everybody is so busy running around and not smiling..

Excellent stay in this hotel, thank you very much for the great service, the staff made my family and I feel like we were home. 5”this hotel exceeded our expectation. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful!!!!

Found the junior sweet a bit of a waste of space as in the end only had one bed and third person had to be on a cot. Service was excellent. Location excellent.

The place is clean and modern, my family loves it.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Every staff was friendly. Kind and the food was Wonderful. Taxi right in front to head to where ever you needed to go. You have room service when the other restaurant is the area is closed. I cannot wait to travel back and will definitely stay here. I love being away from the area that was very busy. My kids also enjoy being here. It’s definitely a beautiful, well maintained hotel. The restaurant in front was spectacular with food, staffs and especially the manager Mateo. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms were clean, modern. Lots of space for a family of four in the Suite Duplex. Ferry is easy to figure out and runs regularly
