Great spot right off the orange water line and easy to get to with wheeled luggage. We got a family suite which was fine for two nights. King size bed in one room and other room had a pullout for two young adults. No door between the two spaces but small changing space off the king room with plenty of room for our luggage.

The hotel was lovely and on request, they upgraded us to a lovely junior suite. I had asked for a kettle in the room, and there was a nespresso machine, which was great for me, as I love coffee and have a nespresso machine myself, although not great for tea, as it would leave remnants of coffee in the water if you then wanted tea. Breakfast was good and the location was great. The room was cleaned every day, although sometimes this was inconsistent with replacing cups, coffee, and plastic cups for the bathroom. We were determined to find the sister hotel (which was by Rialto) when we went to St Marks Square, as they had a roof terrace. Although we managed to get there eventually, it wasn't easy to find and then found it to be very expensive E9 for a glass of wine, E15 for a gin and tonic and E18 for a cocktail. All you could see from the rooftop was roofs. But all in all, we did have a pleasant stay. It was a quiet location but across the bridge was a lot more activity and Vaporetto (Casino) was about 10 minutes away transporting you to most places at E7.50 each way. Madonna Del Orto was about 5 minutes away which took you to the airport every 15 minutes and Murano.

Hotel is very charming, spotlessly clean and staff couldn't be more polite/helpful. Our superior bedroom had been refurbished to an extremely high standard, although our view into courtyard was quite restrictive (but good for privacy). Good breakfast service, with ample range of food choices. We rate everything positively about this hotel and will certainly recommend it to our families and friends!

Lovely hotel. Great location. I was a bit concerned as there was carpet in my room but it was very clean and well maintained. Bed was incredible with great linens. Staff was amazing and attentive. For sure coming back with my kids next time.
