CHC Continental, BW Premier Collection

The hotel is in a perfect location. For my family and I it was very helpful to stay near the train station.walking with luggage in Veneza it is not a good idea. Our bedroom it was beautiful, but the cleaning it wasn’t good. I found trash from the previous guest.

We stayed in suite 500 and the views from the balconies were amazing! I was looking for a hotel with a balcony that we could look at the canal and this room was just perfect. Staff were friendly and breakfast spread was great. It is super convenient as its just a few minutes walk from the train station. And also the water buses. We took a water taxi to the airport when we left and it was awesome too. Travelled with 2 young kids and they loved the hotel. The room was decent. It was small for 4 people but for 2 nights we managed. The main problem was on the first night. That night the air conditioning did not work. We put it to the lowest temperature and the highest fan setting and the room was still hot. I went to the front desk 3 times in the middle of the night to fix the AC or give us a different room. They didn’t give us a different room even though there were empty rooms next to ours. They also didn’t fix the AC so we had to open the windows. But because the windows were open mosquitoes came into the room and bit both of my kids. My 9 year old son had about a dozen mosquito bites all over him from his feet to his face. They couldn’t fix the AC until the day after and after they fixed it whenever we tried to change something like the temperature it would go back to the previous setting. The day we were leaving we had to buy an ointment to treat my son’s mosquito bites.
