Best Western Titian Inn Hotel Venice Airport

I was in contact with Andrea at the hotel and she was wonderful through messages. I was pleased to also meet her in person at check out. She was great! So helpful! The hotel is close to the airport and a great little place for our family.

My family and I stayed for two nights in a family room - huge space, two sleeping areas and a bathroom in between. All nicely clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Teens both happy! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice (we didn't have any cooked food, just the continental spread). Very easy to get bus into Venice from just outside, cheap tickets available from reception. All staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English beautifully (thank you so much to all). Shout out to Cristina who arranged for us to get into our room even though we arrived before official check-in - much appreciated. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

The reception staff were so helpful. We did not have a clue where to start with our journey to Venice, complete with map, the explained how to travel, sold us the bus tickets, stored our luggage and listened to our stories on return. They even recommended a great family restaurant for evening meal in the village. Breakfast was also very good just what we needed.

Great choice for my family. The kids got a huge living area and my wife and I go our own bedroom to sleep. So convenient to the airport.

Absolutely terrible! Booked a family suite at the hotel, was not provided with a room as described. No sofa bed provided for our child. When we questioned we were told that the sofa was a bed. It was not safe or suitable for a child to sleep on. Air conditioning was only in the tiny corridor and not in the bedroom or living area. So basically no air conditioning. Tried to speak with hotels.com to get help and when they spoke to the hotel said that there was nothing they could do. We ended up moving to a different hotel as it wasn’t suitable for children and didn’t have the air conditioning as described. Staff were extremely unhelpful. Do not stay here with children.
