Everything about about this property is perfect. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite. It's located in such a convenient location, we never had to walk more than 15 minutes to any major site/restaurant. The main issue we had was with the internet, the connection was very poor. It was incapable of running apps on the tv. Not a major deal because we were there to site see but definitely something that effects the overall experience when your trying to wind down before bed and you have to disconnect from the WiFi and use your own data. Other than that the staff was absolutely lovely and would recommend. 8/10

Location excellent: all main sight-seeings in a walking distance. Just next to Ponte Vecchio and very busy street... however, noise did not really bother too much, because room windows were filtering the noise relatively well. Excellent breakfast, was apparently much cheaper when reserved at reception when arriving. Ultra modern interior, many interesting architectual and decorational details in the room and in hotel public areas. Perhaps more suitable for adults than for families with small children. Personnel very friendly. So overall speaking excellent hotel especially for "adult couples" like us.
