Checking into the hotel was a nightmare and exhausting so during my first day I was not happy . However my family and I had a great experience overall but some strange payments for example sun beds on the beach when I’ve paid thousands of pounds for 5 adults and two rooms this doesn’t not make sense . The room cleaners and staff in general were brilliant and the hotel must have an enormous number of staff . There are plenty of beautiful natural areas to walk around and the beach is amazing and the blue ocean is stunning . All of my friends were telling me to go to the North East of Sardinia but honestly it was beautiful

Nice holiday
Pro: location, entertainment, food
Cons: no daily cleaning of the room, too many kids, no Wi-Fi in room, charging for sunbeds and gym ? Really - no way!

Great place for families the rooms are a bit 1990’s but clean and comfortable with more food than you can ever eat buffet style.

Great Location. Italian family place. Summer camp. Make sure you speak some Italian. No English available in most of the areas.

Good for families but quite noisy if you are a couple.
The water and sand are great as to be expected in Sardegna.
The resort is an hour drive form the airport and cost £100 by car.
The town nearby is just a road but has some cute restaurants.. but you must book early.
You have to pay extra for everything from sun beds, to the gym to any classes.
You have to wear a hair cap in the pool.
You have to rent beach towels and get refunded at the end.
Generally the service was good but not always.
The resort is not cheap for a weeks holiday either.
The main restaurant Oasys was included in the price for half board but its huge and buffet style as there are so many people. Food there was decent and lots of variety.
Would recommend for families but not for couples who want a quiet time.

I would not recommend to spend your entire holiday here. We wanted to leave after one night but they wouldn't return the money so we had to stay there for 5 night. We ended up leaving one night earlier and just lost the last night. On the plus side the hotel facilities are nice and the beach is beautiful, they also have a very nice evening feeling with activities for kids and all the hotel staff was very kind and nice. However the rooms are old and depressing, they are far away from the beach (you don't feel like you are on beach holidays), the food not good and as another traveler pointed out you need to pay for the beach umbrellas and also for beach towels. The hotel offered to give us a "free" upgrade to another room, which was better located that our first depressing room with view of the bathroom of the room across from ours however for the price you expect much nicer rooms.

Very nice resort, family friendly. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Just be careful with room placement, the ones close to the Theater are noisy till late at night.

The resort has dated decor although it is clean. I think it's more of a UK star rating 3 than the 4 it has been given and its over priced for what it is. 2 sunbeds and an umbrella will cost you daily between €16-50 depending on which row you select. Towels are rented at cost and its worth noting that casbah standard full board only entitles you to food in the buffet and pizzeria.
It is largely for Italian families and gets very busy.
We were disappointed to arrive and find that 50% of facilities were closed for the season, 3 weeks before the end of the season. We chose the resort for the variety of restaurants and bars so this was disappointing.

Overall, the hotel is Ok but the staff (excepting the animation staff) are not very nice. Most of them do not speak English, and even when you talk in English they insist on answering back in Italian. When we arrive at the hotel (we were a group of 12) the staff were not polite, they were making jokes in front of us whenever we asked questions. At the information point nobody peaks English and cannot even maintain a simple conversation to provide basic clarifications.
The beach is very nice but you have to pay for the umbrellas (lowest price 12€/day). This is not mentioned anywhere in the website. The pool is not nice as it is simply a square, the edges of the pool need some maintenance as most of the grids were broken.
The hotel is, in general, too big. We were located at the top of the hill which required a 15 minute walk up/down the hill every day to/from the restaurant and beach. We did not have any children in the group but I can only imagine doing this every day with small kids.
At the beach you have plenty of activities during the day which is very nice, but everything is explained in Italian. You have to be asking every time for them to translate and nobody makes a small effort to do it beforehand. At the night show, all the information provided is in Italian. Nothing is explained in any other language. The food is ok at the restaurant. Not a lot of choices for main course but ok.
Not sure if I would recommend the hotel to friends.
