Not sure why people w small children would be booked anywhere but on aground level since they are loud but the situation was corrected and our bell hop was amazing.

This property was everything that we hoped for. Our family stayed in Venice, Rome and Lake Como and this was by far everyone's favorite. The staff was friendly, the property was beautiful, it was quiet and we were well taken care of.

Five star treatment across the board. Upgraded to a junior suite with a lake view and balcony, fantastic room. The hotel has the lake view and is close to shopping and all the church and demo sites. Perfect for a couple stay.
