I reserved a lake view room, paid much more than other hotels and my room was at 1st floor i had to watch trees. You can see my room view attached. Another reason to choose this hotel was vip-gold access but they did not accept late check out which was guaranteed normally. Safe in the room was not working. In the morning around 6:30 busses (there is s stop infrint of hotel) started working and woke up with noise, all engine noise was inside the room. At 8:10 renovation or maintenance started in the hotel drilling noise woke my baby. It was an awful experience. Never again.
