Hotel Berna

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel. We can hear them until 2-3am in the morning with people talking and the noise from the super car engines. However, the hotel is very close to the Central station and we will go back to Hotel Berna again if we get a chance to go to Milan in the future.

Excellent staff, polite, courteous and very helpful especially when we were advised by EasyJet our flights were cancelled and the hotel staff did all they could to re- accommodate my family The only improvement would be for evening dining and bar facilities
