Nice & Clean Hotel located walking distance to Milan train station and nearby great selection of restaurants and shops.
Good breakfast selection with a friendly staff at service desk and concierge.
I highly recommend this hotel for family or business trips.

1 night with the family.
It's a great option if you have to take a train since it's 5 minutes walking from the station and subway.

I've never seen an hotel who refuse to accept a baby of 1 year old to use the existing parents bed. We had to move to another next hotel. The serious problem is that the staff was extremely rude like never seen before in any best western or other hotel.
On their page it was clearly written that child is free of charge using existing bed!!!
the rest of our group remained there to stay in rooms like boxes and in beds 140 cm that they claim 'matrimoniale'!.
Terrible experience!
We paid also twice the city tax, before with Expedia and then the hotel wanted it again. Unbeleivable staff!

Great Best Western! Comfortable beds, enough room in the family room for my husband, myself, and our two boys. The friendly and helpful staff even arranged babysitting so that my husband and I could enjoy a night out in Milano to ourselves. They used a babysitting service, and a woman by the name of "Jenny" was sent. She was awesome, our boys loved her! I highly recommend Jenny!
The rooms were clean, close to the central train station, and close to shopping!

All good, big and clean room and conveniently near the Milan Centro station.
However upon arrival, was advised to top up 50euro as we had a 2.5yrs toddler, and not allowed to stay in a smaller room despite we did not need another bed...
