Not a “normal” hotel, pros and cons. Pros: nice area, walk two blocks to great cafes, clean, our two rooms were big and comfortable. Cons: the towels were thin and threadbare, the shower has no privacy at all so don’t stay with anyone other than family, there is a tiny elevator requiring multiple trips for family of four, there is no secure luggage area/bell hop. They held our bags and it all ended fine but I didn’t like leaving bags in a tiny desk area and later we saw a huge party’s bags just out in the public space . That said for what we paid and two big rooms I still thought it was worth it.

This hotel was beautiful and was great value. We got the family suite and liked that the rooms were relatively spacious and modern for Rome. The hotel was conveniently located and was very well appointed.

Accommodation were very comfortable. We stayed for three nights with no issue. Just confusing to find when checking in at night. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Shoutout to Armand , in charge of setting up breakfast in the morning. The beds and dark velvette black out curtains were helpful for much needed rest. Location is quiet but yet walkable to tourist attractions and restaurants. We had a family suite with two rooms adjacent to each other. Perfect for family of four!! Thanks Triviho !!

This was a perfect place for our two night stay in Rome before heading to the coast. We chose the family suit, it was very clean and comfortable. A light breakfast was served daily and was excellent before we set our exploring for the day. The hotel will call a taxi for you and they come quickly or the metro is just at the bottom of the hill. Plenty of choices nearby to eat and drink. And all tourist attractions were walking distance or a trip one or two stops on the metro. Highly recommend! Price was worth it.

This is pathetic hotel mostly because of the hotel staff and management and how snobbish they are. I don’t know why do they market themselves as a upscale or family hotel. At such a high daily rate you will expect some space for you to hang around while on vacation. They are rooms are like matchboxes, virtually 4-5 tables in breakfast area. 4-5 items in breakfast. No lobby and on top of that they won’t even let you talk anytime of the day. They are just a floor in a small building and have a few rooms packed next to each other so right you can hear everything from done the hallway to the next room. Management and staff are rude to the next level. Asking for a second cappuccino or milk for kids felt like I am asking for gold. By second day I was so scared to get those frowns that I rather bought milk for kids from outside. It’s the worst experience ever for all the 3 families who stayed there on the new year vacation which was so special to us and this hotel staff ruined it all for us. Even motel 6 in US has better hospitality and space than them. At an over $300 mark you would expect a decent hotel and experience. My advise is to completely avoid this over priced hotel with arrogant, shrewd and most unfriendly staff while you feel like spending night in a matchbox with no space even to walk in the room.

We stayed in the family room which gave our son his own room. Oana and Camilla were very helpful. The only problem we had in both rooms was the wifi signal. When we were done exploring at the end of each day. I had to hang out in the breakfast area to have a decent wifi signal. The signal in our rooms would drop or would be really really slow but a few feet out the door and the connection was better.. not great but better. Everything else about our stay was great.
