Disappointed the staff did not inform us about free parking near the hotel and instead insisted we needed to pay for their private car park. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast looked very unhappy, and we felt bad asking them for anything. Kept receiving messages from the hotel in Italian asking if we had enjoyed our stay even though we were still staying in the hotel. I emailed ahead and asked for an upgrade for me and my son, didn’t get a reply, ended up with a double bed and with a child sleeping in your bed I didn’t get much sleep for 3 nights. Wouldn’t stay here again.

this hotel was lovely. clean, new. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast each morning was great, they remembered our morning beverage choices each day! the room was very comfortable, large (we did get a big room!). the location was perfect for our needs-close to family, close enough to the metro and walkable to areas we wanted to go. this will now be my go-to place in Roma!
