Well, you are in Italy! But for that, the hotel and the service is great. The staff treated us like in an 5 star hotel! Thanks for that. We had a junior suite. It was in the 7th floor. The suite is not big, but we had two rooms, good with kids! The room was clean and had a mini bar and a balcony. Breakfast was good for Italy. The restaurant could have a little more to offer, but what we had, were ok. We reached all by foot. Even the colloseum. The furniture isn’t the best but clean. All in all it’s a great choice.

The property location is excellent. It is convenient for all of Rome Touristy things. The staff were good. They were very busy and hence had less time to attend to each guest. Though they tried very hard. The rooms were excellent size. Stayed in Junior Suites. We stayed for 11 days. Bed was comfortable. I think the hotel management needs to look into how they are providing amenities like tea and coffee in the room. Had to ask for them multiple times as they were not refilled every day. In fact we were told that they may not have black tea so can only give us fruity packs. That is not tea. A four star hotel is a luxury hotel and at that price one does expect to get a tea bag every morning without having to ask for it over and over again everyday. Especially considering we were there for 11 days and booked in 2 junior suites. All in all I would recommend the hotel but wish they would upgrade housekeeping to make it truly a four star hotel.

Cozy, comfortable and very conveniently located hotel in the quiet Prati district, close to the Vatican and near the Via Cola di Rienzo with great shops. The staff is very warm, friendly, and extremely helpful - shoutout to Alessandro, Michelle and Ian at the front desk, and Agnese Eva at the restaurant! We had a junior suite, spacious and with very cold a/c which was a Godsend in the Roman summer. The room had an accordion door so my daughter loved having her own space. The bathroom was always very clean, and the amenities are installed in big pump bottles so you never run out of soap or shampoo. The closets were generously sized. There was a mini fridge in the room too which we used to store our drinks. Breakfast was a feast - the usual eggs (scrambled or hard boiled), bacon, sausage, vegetables (peas, green beans, grilled tomatoes), an array of fruit juices, fresh sliced fruit, cereals, yogurt, a vast selection of breads, pastries, cold cuts, and cheeses, and a drink machine that made your choice of espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and much more. it really kept us fueled up until early afternoon. Our last day there was my birthday, and Agnese Eva at the restaurant presented me with a nice little dish of pancakes and fruit with a candle. I so appreciated that gesture! All in all, we enjoyed our stay, we highly recommend it, and would definitely stay here again.

One of the worst hotel in Rome, very bad service , not friendly for familys ,

This hotel was very clean and our family room with terrace was perfect for us. The location in Prati is great. It is quiet and safe and you can walk easily to the areas around the Vatican as well as the areas around Piazza Navona within 15 minutes. There is also easy access to both buses and the metro stop. I would definitely recommend for location, safety and overall hotel cleanliness. Some things to note: Daily cleaning of the rooms was minimal (towel change, bed made), which did not matter as much to us as we did not make a mess. Staff did not seem overly friendly or helpful with our couple of questions, so we did not reach out for additional help with restaurants, etc. In other reviews it appears this is individual staff dependent as some have had very good experiences. If you are looking for the VIP Expedia status to matter at this hotel, do not count on it. We did not ask further because we did not have super friendly staff helping us, but they certainly did not bring up the status, offer the drinks, or offer an upgraded room.
