Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel

Staying at this Anantara is definitely one of the highlight of the our trip to Rome. Our room is of decent size - enough to hold another twin bed for our kid. We loved the services rendered to us throughout our stay both reception and restaurant staff were top notch. If opportunity presents itself we definitely would stay at this property again.

Beautiful building. However, pool was closed due to some pool tiles becoming loose and injuring a child. This situation should never have occurred and should have been picked up in general maintenance. Service from staff was patchy and overall impression was that team were overworked and were trying to hide the issues with the pool. A very poor experience for the money spent.

For the price paid we should have had a balcony at the front of hotel. Not overlooking the staff car park & roofs of other buildings with no balcony. Hotel was super expensive & although the rooms were lovely they were not worth that amount of money. The pool also closed for 5 days. 4 of which we were there for so that’s not great. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because they had a pool & we had an eleven year old kid with us so that wasn’t great atall. They offered no use of any other hotel pool. The Spa was great

The hotel is perfect. We love Repubblica Square and were looking for a location near there. Our lovely junior suite actually overlooks the square, and we spent hours watching the traffic and people. The staff are exceptional. Our stay was utterly flawless. It is an expensive stay, but the beauty, location, and level of service makes it a bargain.

Access to transportation (next to train terminal), central location to hot spots/places of interests. Great food places nearby. The reception and the staff in general was ultra friendly. Thanks so much for a great family experience!

Great location, we booked a junior suit and believe would have a better view if we have book through the hotel directly, go wonder.!!!

Super friendly staff smiling and so kind especially Valentina!! And all the concierge where very well educated and professional! Only thing is the junior suite was a bit small and mini bar could have had more options, it was quite limited. However they had a huge rooftop renovation starting at 9am and after it started at 7am!! ! No warning at all which woke us up sadly however they stopped the renovation after we complained 💯. We asked for a good restaurant (antica trattoria Angelino) from the staff. however the restaurant gave me a stomach bug it wasent the staffs fault as they went there before and this hasent happened before so the food gave us a very bad stomach bug. Taxis where very easy to get! And door men/ bell men at the entrance where very kind and service minded! And when we arrived at the airport waiting for the pre ordered hotel car to pick us up we waited an 1 and half hours and they didn’t arrive so we left with a taxi very tiredly. kindly the hotel gave us a free ride when we ended the stay back to the airport! My daughter loved the pancakes!💓 and the breakfast was AMAZING! So kind staff there! And very helpful!💯 the stay was overall fantastic.

This was VERY kid friendly! We came with three small kids! The staff was very accommodating. The pool was a mid day heat lifesaver. Great little cafes all around property

Nothing negative to say about this hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and made you feel very welcome. The room and facilities were a perfect retreat to relax from the bustling city. Would recommend to friend and family visiting the city in the future.
