The hotel and more importantly the hotel host (family run) were excellent! The place was clean, safe, quiet. They had a shuttle that ran every hour to take you into Sorrento and pick you up. The staff was extremely helpful and guided us to the best tours and protected us from any scams.

We had such an amazing time here for two weeks. The view from our hotel room was incredible. We loved waking up every morning to this view.
Everyone at this hotel was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was a joy to stay here! It is very much a family run business and they were all very helpful. Very clean and great food at breakfast and dinner. It was very difficult for us to leave.
This was a base for us for many trips, including Amalfi, Scala, Ravello, Positano, Capri, Procida and Herculaneum.
Because we were situated so high up on the mountain, it was necessary to take the hotel bus down to the center of town in Sorrento which has so much to offer as well.
The two bus drivers Pasquale and Luca were so friendly and were always on time. Incredible driving as well!! It was a joy to take the bus up and down the mountain. We loved doing this each morning and evening as the views were outstanding.
Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience!!

In the hill's over Sorrento amongst the fruit and olive trees, surrounded by the call of sikada's where the air is as full of live and warmth as the locals that breath it. We found an oasis called Hotel Villa Fiorita. From the moment we stepped into the main lobby we were greeted with the instant feeling of being welcomed not into a hotel but into a home. A family run establishment where the attention to detail is evident at every turn, from the beautiful dining room where wonderful dinner meals are made from scratch in the kitchen for a very reasonable price. Breakfast is on the house with the best cappuccino I have ever had. The front deck is more then willing to share their vast knowledge of the region and just how to make the best of it for their guests including an all day free shuttle service to the heart of Sorrento and back again.
The relaxed feeling combined with the beautiful vista's of the city and bay below mixed with exceptional service provided by the entire family from grand mother to grand daughter, we would highly recommend you to experience this for yourself. This beautiful secret away from the chaos of the region's tourist traps were the true experience of Italy awaits.

If you need a place where the view is fantastic, that's the place. Very disappointed about the food though. Thank God for the restaurants around. For literally the same price, you eat gastrononic meals down the hill.
The hotel is just above a great inground pool and sun terrace ... which is not the hotel's. The one the guests get to have is one kiddy pool. But it has 2 hottubs. But considering the price difference for the one with the great pool below, at almost 50% more, I guess it's ok.
Good free shuttle system to get downtown Sorrento and close proximity to Positano on the other coast. Free parking.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They speak English. The rooms are clean and spacious and have a balcony where you can sit at and enjoy the morning sunrise and if you go on the upper deck, you can admire a great sunset on the Mediterranean Sea.
Overall, we loved our experience and would have stayed a few more days but our reservation in Rome made it impossible to change.
Would definitely go back for the view, for the price and for the proximity to all ... but not for the food.

Wonderful family run hotel with amazing views over Sorrento and towards Vesuvius. The bedrooms themselves were a little dated but they are being updated over the winter, so the owner told us The breakfast was a buffet with plenty of variety each day. My kids enjoyed the cakes!!
The restaurant was great value with most meals averaging about £10. The wine was also extremely good value.
The hotel offers a free coach to and from Sorrento running every hour until about 11pm. Very worth while as parking is expensive in the town.

Friendly, family run Hotel, located above Sorrento with great views over the Bay of Naples. Ensure you book a room with a Sea view and balcony. Staff very helpful and attentive without being over whelming. Note that they do not have a restaurant of their own, but are very good at getting a free car service to pick up and return you from a variety of excellent local restaurants. They made our stay very easy. there is a pool, and a bar for drinks, hot and cold. They do a good Italian breakfast buffet. Good place to stay if you want to visit Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, Sorrentine penninsula, , Pompei, Herculaneum and Vesuvius and surrounding area. Good value for money.

A small family run hotel with approx 30 rooms. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Communal areas include a small reception area, a terrace with a great view of the sea & the town of Sorrento and another small shaded area at the front. You either get a room with a view of the sea or a rather lacklustre view of what they refer to as a garden. Strictly half board only although you can order snacks in the evening for 7E. Alcohol selection also available from a small menu. They also hold 3 evening menus from local restaurants which if you fancy, they will call to have you picked up & dropped back at the hotel at no charge. The food wasn't great at 25-30E/person so would recommend that you dine in town. Hotel serves a modest cold breakfast which I found to be OK.
Ok so the room was basic but it was cheap so I was more than happy. They provide sachets of shampoo, soap, toilet roll and that's it! No tissues, razor, ... or any coffee/tea making facilities.
Avoid using taxis from Sorrento to the hotel. They charge 30E. Use the SITA bus which runs every hour or so IN THEORY for 2.50E! But they rarely run to schedule. I experienced 2 scheduled runs never turn up and ended waiting 2-3 hrs. The hotel can also call a taxi for you at half the cost so note their number down before setting off. You can catch the SITA bus to Sorrento or Amalfi coast just outside the hotel which was handy. The bus service was really the only let down.
