The hotel was wonderful! Definitely owns up to the price. As a young couple (21 + 22) we were treated with respect and not like kids! The staff was extremely friendly, explained everything, and answered any questions we had. All the staff spoke a good amount of English so it was easy to understand! Also gave us an amazing room with a direct view of the port and castle! The only issue we had was that we got charged twice for the room but it was quickly resolved and they were very apologetic.

The elegant hotel in the perfect location. We stayed in a junior suite on the tenth floor with magnificent views of the bay. Pleasant atmosphere all throughout. Will definitely stay again. PS: breakfast selection was average but was served on a terrace with the panoramic views. Overall the stay in this hotel one of the highlights of our experience in Naples. Also, we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for €25, with 3 bags. Which seemed quite reasonable & the driver doubled as a 'tour guide' during the journey! A happy experience overall.
