Hotel Airone

DO NOT STAY HERE, WARNING!!! After check in noticed a foul smell in the bathroom. Over next hour smell got worse. RAW sewage in shower! Front desk agent Miguel knew as soon as I went to tell him. This room should not have been used ad obviously an ongoing issue they have. Miguel would not move us to a new room. Tried putting a strong chemical to mask the smell. My children & I were already sick from smell. Miguel called Fabio, a manager. Fabio said he could not move us and had no other room for us. Basically we were stranded. Fabio said if we leave he will just refund us. So my children & I had to find and pay for a last minute hotel room. Few days later, Miguel & Fabio refused to refund what I paid them. Just completely dishonest people. Never experienced a worse hotel experience. Worst management ever! Hotels.com should remove this company and they other hotels they have from there site. Just a nightmare.
