Property was very nice but not worth the cost. There were limited transportation option, nothing close by to do and the evening we were there , there was a very large party with about 100 kids playing in the back patio and screaming right in front of our room which was on the ground floor so we couldn’t open our windows for fresh air. Somewhat disappointing for the price.

I made the reservation for a family of three. The father had a heart attach when boarding the aircraft and hence they couldn't come to Dublin. I called the Hotels.com and the Radisson Blue St. Helen's Helen for a gesture to keep the reservation for the future use. But unfortunately there was none. What a heartless traders both of you.

Looks can be deceiving Rooms great size and we'll decorated but heating was very noisy and our room was stuck on 28 degrees our daughters room on 16 and we could change Bathroom needed updated and very noisy we were woken up by next door having a shower. Most of the hotel facilities were very good but a large family private dining in the Italian restaurant was very poor. Seafood pasta with any seafood.. However breakfast was very good

The property was quite nice, an old money feel to it... marble and granite looking areas, hardwood, good furniture. Staff was friendly with the exception of the maintenance. We called for service on the a/c because it would turn off and got uncomfortably hot and humid in the room. It was in the evening and there was only one window that cracks open and couldn't cool the room. When the person arrived, they frowned at my family who were enjoying a card game and acted like they didn't want to be bothered checking the unit. They removed the thermostat cover, said it was working and that they got off in ten minutes and they wouldn't be able to do anything else. With one final distasteful look she left the room. The air went out again an hour later and it stayed way too warm to sleep comfortably. We had a second room on another floor with the exact same issue for the other part of my family. It would appear that the thermostat is manipulated by the property to reduce usage (at the sacrifice of your comfort). When you spend what we did for two rooms, you expect better from the stay. Disappointed, but not bad overall.

A beautiful site. The room was good and bed comfortable. There was garbage left in our room from the last person. The restaurant had wonderful food and great ambiance. We didn't do much site seeing as we were visiting family near the hotel. The back gardens are beautiful.
