We love the Herbert Park. Great pubs and restaurants nearby - easy walk or cab into the city center. The suites have washer & dryer which is super convenient. Clean, fresh and with a helpful staff. Perfect family spot.

Lovely stay in the park hotel residence apartment with our 4 month old baby. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and deluxe! They kindly provided us a travel cot and the room was quiet and equipped with great coffee. Only minor gripe is having to pay an extra €6.50 for room service, but that’s just me being tight! Just down the road from Searson pub which is great

The Herbert Park is in a very quiet alcove off a busy Dublin neighborhood street. Incredibly safe to walk. Numerous City buses every few minutes if you want to skip the walk into the city center. Park next door. coffee shops and eateries a few minutes walk. Staff some of the nicest I have met. They had extra rooms so upgraded me to a park view and I am not a regular. Great place if on your own or with a family

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Allowed us to check in a little earlier than 3pm . Only issue we had was there was no cot in our room as requested . Was told one would be put in but had to ask a second time around 9pm when baby was ready for bed . It arrived quickly this time. Breakfast was almost an extra 50 euro on top of the 260 euro we paid for one night which I feel was quite expensive.

I and my family have stayed in the Herbert Park Hotel numerous times over many years. So obviously we like this hotel very much. We were not disappointed with our actual stay this time. My only complaint is the ability to get a taxi from the Hotel. The night before we were leaving we asked them to book a taxi for us for the morning ( Monday) as we needed to catch a train to Galway. The person on the desk on Sunday evening did this for us. The next morning we arrived down to get the taxi but it was a no show. The person on the desk suggested that we just go out to the street and try to hail a taxi. The hotel did not appear to have any other numbers to call on to help us out . We left the hotel dragging our luggage up to the main road in a futile effort to try and flag down a taxi. By good fortune my husband looked back at the hotel and saw a taxi pull up. He went back to the hotel to ask if that was our taxi. The taxi driver confirmed that it was the taxi ordered for us but that he had been told by the hotel that we had left 40 minutes previously. This was not true as we had left the hotel ten minutes approximately. It was our good fortune that the person the hotel had reassigned "our" taxi to had a voucher and this driver did not take vouchers so essentially we lucked out. Now I am aware that taxis are a problem in Dublin at the moment. We were going to catch a train but it could easily have been our flight. The hotel needs to work on securing more relationships with taxi fir

The studio was lovely & modern, quiet, great location & service. The only "but" is that it wouldn't be the ideal please for small kids. Apart from that is perfect

Not suitable for a family to stay in. No character. You are only taking a serviced room in reality. Time and Time again I say if a hotel has something to offer, you will be told about it at check in. All that these serviced rooms were interested in was in taking an impression of my credit card. Adequate at best.
