Arrived in and loved the family room. Fresh off the plane and exhausted. They were very nice an accommodating. The weather was hot and the only downside was the lack of ac. A great stay instead of Dublin

We stayed as a family. Small kids and booked as we often stay in Radisson hotels and this was going to be what we hoped a better experience. Young girl on reception very friendly and nice. Got to room. 509 on 5th floor to extreme heat. Ate at hotel. Food nice. All radiators turned off. We nesrly smothered with the hest during the night. On my second call to reception a porter cane with 1 fan I had requested 2. It was unbearable. Dripping n sweat. 3 skylights opened 1 inch only. Nobody slept. Bathroom side on bath like an old piece of ply timber on it. Breakfast ok. Exterior of hotel in desperate need of painting. Although hotel looks out on river, we had a room looking at roofs and traffic lights. Mentioned all above at check out. Nothing happened. Wasted my reward night balanc le towards this hotel. Dearest hotel in town. I could have booked cheaper with safer facilities. Do not accept rooms of you have young babies or children. Hest unsafe.

The man at check in was rude, but I didn't have to deal with him for long. There is a very nice dinning room. We had a junior suit. It was roomy and had a great view. My only complaint is that the bedding for June was way to hot. Thick comforters and rubber mattress pads are too much. But I'm finding that to be the case everywhere. Remember if your from the U.S there is no AC in Ireland and most of Europe.

This was probably the most disappointing stay and bad experience I have ever had in a hotel. We had a group of 11, with 5 rooms booked, only one room was ready for cehckin by 4pm, we had to queue for over 20mins more than once to check on the status of our room, by 5:30pm some of out party were still not checked. I complained to the manager at the time as we were paying for rooms we could not access and had small kids with us. The manager said he will look into it and get back to me, but never did. When I eventually did get my room, I ended up with a twin room when I had booked a kig. We picked this hotel specifically as it had a pool for the kids to enjoy, imagine there disappointment when the pool was closed for the whole day on our last day, and when it was opened there was no towels available and we were told to go back to our rooms to get them.

Enjoyed our stay here, staff very helpful. They ran a kids club in the evening which my daughter enjoyed for a couple of hours. Kids club went on for 4 hours so very impressed as allot only hour or two, so you can do full time or select less as we did. Great location in town centre.

The hotel is faded and needing updating and tlc in the bedrooms and public areas. Front of house staff lacking in charisma. Retraining? Requested extra bed for child not available until 10pm. Dinner and breakfast excellent.
