While at the restaurant enjoying a pint, we were witness to a man who had a medical emergency. The staff all handled it with such calm, professional, class that they were able to keep the wife calm. They went into action quickly and called emergency services. Other patrons had no idea that a man was receiving CPR on the floor just on the other side of the bar. I would like to commend each of your staff for their immediate lifesaving measures and send many prayers for the man, his wife and his family.

We had stayed in this hotel before when visiting family nearby and had been very impressed. On this stay the room was quiet as requested, but the room decor was somewhat drab and the bed not very comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional especially rose in the dining room. Tha location is very good for visiting the city and surrounding area.
