We booked into our room at 2pm and unpacked. We returned to our room at 10pm to find another family in our room. Went to reception….was given our belongings thrown into our bag, which was left opened, given a verbal apology and given another room. Surely we deserved more than a verbal apology….and it from the receptionist…not even the manager!!!

Lovely one night stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food and breakfast was delicious. Spacious and comfortable room for 2 adults and 1 child. Pool not suitable for toddler as no child pool. Also was open to public classes etc so changing room was busy and time restricted as result of classes, so check in advance as suggested by reception. But overall ideal location and great hotel.

We love our stay in Crystal Hotel. Everything was perfect. The girl on reception wellcome us and make everything easy for us buled brakfast, dinner, swiming pool slot. The room was very clean and fresh, worm and cosy. We enjoy our dinner in the bar. We give 5* for the cheff and our breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast staff was very helpful and polite. Thank you so much that you made our small family holiday amazing 👏

The hotel was lovely, the staff and service excellent and the food delicious. We were able to sit outside in the pretty garden area and make use of the kids play area. The pool is a good size and no problems getting booked to use anytime we wanted.

We stayed at Cavan Crystal to attend a family wedding nearby. Staff have allowed us to check in around 3 hours early which really helped us to get dressed prior to attending the wedding - this also saved any hassle with baggage. The room itself was nice and clean, double and single bed, both of which were comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, including in the restaurant for breakfast. All in all, for the overall price, we were very impressed and would return.

We had a lovely stay. All the staff we very friendly, from front of house to the cleaners, kids club and restaurant, you couldn't get more welcoming staff. Facilities were good and the room was spotless. Food in the restaurant was excellent
