Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, Airport Highway

Dirty rooms, housekeeping seriously needs to be trained well. The washroom trash wasn't emptied and had garbage from previous people. Shower, sinks, toilet, really hot cleaned well at all. Bed linens were the most uncomfortable. Hotel hallways had weird smell of some kind not pleasant at all. In room dining waiter was super unfriendly. Reception staff taking forever to check in, eventhough we mentioned ahead we have only 6 hrs before we check-out for early morning flight and wanted to catch shut eye. Will not recommend and will not stay here again. We have stayed here before when it wasn't under Four Points, service has terribly gone down under Four Points management. Major issue is Cleaningness, also if you book 2 twins bed because you are traveling with a child, beware you can't push the bed together, they have built in night table which is unnecessary.

Awesome place for a stop over with family. Good staff.. expensive but possibky worth it it. Room space might have been better

We were here for an extended stay for a demise in our family. The hotel staff went above and beyond their duty to make us feel at home. The rooms need some updating but overall the hospitality of the wonderful staff makes this hotel stand out.

I'm surprised that a 8.7 rated reputed hotel doesnt have a working thermostat. When I asked, they said that they have turned off heating for the entire building for "customer comfort". The whole building temp has been set to 21C and i could use a portable heater. The heater provided only increased the room temp to 22C until morning and my family could not sleep comfortably. Cleaniless is definitely subpar and not expected of the name of Sheraton. Dust was found accumulated underneath the TV rack. The additional bed provided had a large patch of pink stain on it. Food choices are limited. There was only one paneer entree and my kids wont eat the one on menu. So i ordered from Zomato one entree and asked the receptionist to let the delivery boy enter through the front gates. The receptionist refused saying "outside food is not allowed". I didnt know this. Nowhere on their hotels.com lisiting this policy is mentioned. He said that "I should have checked their hotel website." Unbelievable!! disappointed me was that not even once he apologized or said sorry. I was tired from the long travel and the upcoming travel ahead, so i didnt want to waste my time arguing with him. He said that "you can walk upto the front gate, this time we are allowing". Mind you, portions of the walk dont have any walkway, with cars zooming past you. Such rudeness, I have honestly never encountered. And for this inhospitality, that i will never recommend stay at Four Points Sheraton.
