Hotel was good as always but your booking service was bad as the room was booked for 2 adults 1 child but you made a mistake and was booked for 1 adult as your payment was done in full We had to pay extra £70 for your cheat

I had a disappointing experience post-checkout at this 5-star hotel. After submitting my luggage, I requested an escort from the residence lobby to the reception due to the heat and having a baby with me. Despite multiple confirmations, no one arrived, wasting half an hour of my time. I had to find an alternate route. This poor guest service is unacceptable for a 5-star establishment. It seems they don't care about guests once they've checked out. This experience has definitely tarnished my view of the hotel, and I would hesitate to return or recommend it to others.
