Novotel New Delhi Aerocity Hotel

We were upgraded to the Pullman hotel . We have always loved staying with the Pullman and the Accor group of hotels . We got a chance to visit the Honk - Asian restaurant at the Pullman, the Asian food was loved by my kids and myself . Thnk u

Excellent stay. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I'm a smoker and really did not want to have to go out to smoking stations. At check in I was informed that I could get a smoking room - they are on the 1st floor. The room was well appointed. Water pressure was excellent and shower was perfect. Excellent buffets, I'm an European style dining person and had a great choice of foods. I did sample the Indian cuisine, even though my Indian friends back home will say I only need to eat like a baby when it comes to even mild curry. But, I love the flavors. For those like me, a former seaman, I ventured to the nearby nontourist area and spent hours enjoying the atmosphere. Other members were pleased with the area immediately near the hotel. A special thanks to the doormen and concierge!

Nice stay for families. Pool is good. Nearer to the airport. Price reasonable

Decent hotel. I would say this is a strong 4 star and not 5 star. There are still many areas of improvement. - delivery and timing of room service - bell man services - front desk/warmth - we requested a late check out and the front desk was negotiating a chargeable rate. The initial rate provided for a half day extension was almost equal to a full day rack rate. Overall recommend the hotel. Good stay and we were comfortable with the kids.

Excellent service and hospitality. Ever staff member is very courteous and it’ just superb! Highly recommended for families. Breakfast and dinner were super tasty and with variety of options. I will opt to stay again on my next trip. Kudos to Novotel team for an excellent experience during our stay.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 weeks for wedding shopping. Everythign was amazing and the breakfast was the best.
