5 out of 5 stars

My family of 4 stayed in a villa for 2 nights at the end of our Roatan vacation. The villa was spacious, clean, and had the most amazing views. All staff were very helpful and friendly. The main restaurant seemed short staffed, had no fruit for smoothies, and yet what staff was there were clearly doing their best. Some of the resort is showing its age, and yet it was still such a peaceful, gorgeous place to relax in Roatan. Would definitely go back.

5 out of 5 stars

The whole staff is amazing with 5 star service, the rooms are huge with the most amazing views, the food in the restaurant was great but on the pricey side, unfortunately the food at the pool bar was just not great ( frozen pizza) The beach is safe for kids with and amazing to lay on and sun tan but not much for swimming. Too many sea weed and very shallow It’s like 10 mins drive from French key which was nice. It’s great if you are looking to disconnect from crowds. It’s very secluded. It’s far from restaurants and shops ( it takes literally 15 mis drive from main road to hotel) so it is great if you have a rental car. They front desk was so nice they even sent us the airport shuttle on the spot which I greatly appreciate. But if you are looking for people and the island feel west bay then west end is the better option We stayed in both so we got the best of both worlds. I which if they could provide an affordable transportation to get to west bay but it was very pricey which made me feel isolated If you take a private taxi is like $30 each way which was a lot cheaper than the hotel which was like $80 for round trip Anyway if you have a car then it’s worth the stay
