I like the location of this hotel but their services have really gone down since my last stay There was a fire in the basement and didn’t bother to let us know except the fire alarms There was children on the floors and only one person in reception that was over confused and helpless The guests weren’t notified or informed until told to go back to the rooms. Next day everything was normal and staff didn’t know about the fire. My room was forgotten and not cleaned Water licking from the upper floor on the terrace Some reception people with attitude and manager conveniently not available to avoid resolving issues. Terrible experience !

The hotel is in a really good location as it's right in front of the beach. There's a bar across the street that caters to those wanting to just sit and relax on the beach. The hotel staff is really helpful and quite warm/welcoming towards guests. The room looks good and clean, however, our only complaint was that the bed was quite hard and it was difficult to sleep on. The next morning our backs were quite sore due to the bed and us being unable to sleep well. The bathroom is clean, but the shower area is literally one square and extremely small, as it cannot fit two people, even one person is tough due to the curtain continuously resting on your body as you try to maneuver in the shower to clean-up. Aside from this, the rest of the hotel is quite nice, especially the sky bar and pool area at the top of the hotel. There are two elevators, one has a regular door that locks within the elevator and the other has a peculiar door that you need to open it with the handle. Once inside, the door locks, but as the elevator moves, so does the wall there. Very dangerous for children or people who might not had noticed that there isn't an inside-door in the elevator. You could see the wall and each floor's door going down very fast as we went up. Imagine leaning, or accidentally falling there, quite the chaos. I do hope that they change this elevator to the regular one, as it would be safer.
