We stayed at Hilton for 2 nights. We booked junior suite. We arrived at 11:00am, completed the check-in formalities,however the room was not ready then. They told us to wait and refused to give us a call when the room would be ready. We had access to lounge, but they did not give us the access card during this long wait time. The room was big, with a living area and a separate bedroom area. The surfaces of the bedside tables were dusty, and the AC in the bedroom did not work well, we were soaked in sweat at nights. We informed at the reception, but they did not fix it for sure. The bathroom was large, but the shower area had molds on the wall and the shower switched from super hot to super cold when under the shower, almost burnt my back. The breakfast spread is simple and good, but very crowded, they should consider adding more stalls. Overall, not close to Hilton experience in other cities.

The Hilton Berlin has become my go to property in that great city for the perpetual perfect stay built on an amazing foundation of quality - above and beyond - customer service. I do not know if they are aware that they are continually getting better as as organisation / team / family. It is clear that they all like what they are doing.

We travelled with a 3 month old baby and the room(s) with the kitchen was genius for us to have. It was totally new and renovated. The spacious connected two rooms, close by metro with elevator and the parking in direct access with the hotel made everything easy and smooth for us. We borrowed a baby bed that had wheels so it was easy to move around in the rooms, and the cleaning crew made sure we never ran out of towels or plastic bags for the diapers. When we were in need to bye diapers on a Sunday (where stores are closed in Berlin) the concierge guided us film to the nearest shop. Breakfast was great, and the location is in walking distance of the museum island and other sites. Area is quite and suitable for family vacation stays. All in all we can only recommend this hotel!

Family trip with baby. Room was not ready at 3pm and no late check-out option after 4 nights. So not recommended hotel to visit with a baby. Ok room, but no AC working.
