The hotel is close to the airport, shuttle reservation is not easy, for some reasons the communication is only via email which is not prompt. Rooms have only one king size bed. Even though it was suggested for a family of 5. I was under the impression an extra kids bed will be included but according to the hotel's staff and hotels.com the room is reasonable - meaning sleeping three at one bed. Surly I wouldn't have order such a solution for my family (and no connection rooms). Rooms are cleaned, comfy and modern; breakfast was very good. Maybe good for couples and business trips, surly not for families.

I was generally happy with the cleanliness, but to claim it is child-friendly is a gross overstatement. The beds are so high, if a child fell from one it would be a significant chance of injury. Stroller was very difficult to fit into the rooms because of space and the weight of the door (also not able to brace it open to get suitcases, stroller, toddler and myself through it). It was an exceptional struggle. Beyond that, the room was clean and cool. The staff at the desk really should receive some courtesy, "respect" training. The two men at the desk were far more interested in talking bad about guests thinking we wouldn't understand German and aggressively checking if you'd paid for food. It was terribly unprofessional and really turned me off to a repeat visit for several reasons. All this nonsense while the breakfast buffet was empty in many places: tea, fruit salad, milk, etc. Another quick point is the accessibility by phone. The website only clearly identified a daytime reservation number and an auto response email address. It left much anxiety not knowing if I was going to encounter the on-demand shuttle (according to the website) or the scheduled shuttle that arrives often. Some strong points, lots of room for improvement.
